Ramadhan Datang Lagi !

This is my first time I visit Bazaar Ramadhan. Itu pun dah masuk 2nd week of fasting month. The 1st week we ate masakan Tok, Umi, Mak Ngah and Makcik. Hey ! Don't forget Wan and Ayah too...They prepared Daging Bakar and Ayam Pandan ! Yummy !!! I also joined them during berbuka and....sahur !

Whether Rain or Sunshine...Makcik Will Always Be In My Mind....

Last Tuesday, I went to KLIA with my parents, Wan, Tok and Mak Ngah to send Makcik off to UK. Makcik left for Cardiff University to further her studies in Medicine. All of us have mixed feelings that night. Neither sad nor happy with her departure. Anyway, I already fell asleep when Makcik entered the Departure Gate.

Sorry for everything Makcik and thank you for taking care of me. We shall meet again...mmm...next year (?) Good Luck in your studies and enjoy your life there.

p.s. Paksu Wan surprised all of us that night. He came all the way from Malacca to join us. Huh !

Will share more photos later i.e. after Makcik is connected to the cyber world from UK. Why ? None of us brought a camera that nite except Makcik. So be patient people !

Last weekend, we went to Ipoh as Tok Chah was holding a kenduri kesyukuran and sempena menyambut puasa. Many people came, relatives and friends, neighbours and strangers (?) I fell asleep while people reciting Surah Yassin. Wan, Tok June, Mak Ngah and Mak Cik also came from Alor Setar.

Kembara Di Bumi Merdeka (Part 2)

We went to Tok Chah's house in Ipoh after spending my Merdeka Holiday in Alor Setar. Tapi, my cousin Kak Alissa was not around...Dia ikut Pak Long and Mak Long balik KL to move their stuffs from KL to Ipoh. Mak Long finally received her transfer letter from HUKM to Hospital Ipoh. So, rumah Ipoh akan bertambah ceria.

Raya this year will not be the same as previous years as Mak Ngah and Mak Cik will not be around. Both of them will be leaving us to UK....soon... So, we took the opportunity to snap photos as if we are in raya mood. Hey ! This is my first time wearing a baju kurung. I look so CHOMEL ! (perasan)

I Think I Did It Again !

Remember or not my first experience of climbing staircase at Tok Chah's house in Ipoh. Well... I think I did it again in Alor Setar. This time round, I am lucky as everyone in the house had given their fullest support (including Wan).

Kembara Di Bumi Merdeka ! (Part 1)

I was looking forward the long holiday last weekend as Ayah and Umi promised me to bring me to Alor Setar and Ipoh visiting my grandparents during the Independence Day. We left KL after Ayah, Umi and Makcik performed subuh prayer. Me ? They carried me into the car while I was still mamai. One thing for sure, I didn't have my bath that morning.... my parents only change my diaper and put a lot of baby lotion as to cover up my body odour...huh !

We stopped at Bidor and had our breakfast there....the gerai that we went was recommended by Tok Wan and Tok. The Best Curry Mee in....Pekan Bidor i guess.

We reached Alor Setar at noon. We went to Kedah Medical Centre ("KMC") first as Umi need to see Doctor for follow-up on the operation she had last year.

------5 hours later-------

I couldn't sleep well that afternoon as I overheard that my parents, Mak Ngah and Makcik plan to go to Tok's Office and City Point. Huh !

You know or not (of course you don't !), my parents surprised me with a gold bracelet. One for me and one for Kak Alissa. Tok Chah belanja actually.

Blink Blink Baby

The long journey travelling has left me extremely exhausted as we didn't stop at Ipoh as usual. That night I felt not comfortable, so my caring parents brought me to KMC for check-up. And yes... the doctor confirmed that I was having a mild fever. Oh ! What a bad day...celebrating our 50th Independence Day in a hospital.

---The Next Day---

Many people...relatives and friends came to our house as Wan and Tok were holding a kenduri kesyukuran for Pak Su and Makcik (yang sedang dan akan melanjutkan pelajaran).

Pssstt...everybody seems to forget that Adlina pun sedang melanjutkan pelajaran dekat Taska Melati ! hehehehe
